Vegetable Salad: Healthy Recipes

Onions, black beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

All vegetables are raw, the beans are from a can and rinsed thoroughly.

I had that, along with baked chicken, apple sauce, corn, and potato salad.
