Post subject: Tennis is a great way to get some exercise!

I've been playing some tennis lately. I've been playing doubles and singles. It doesn't feel like exercises when I am playing, but afterwards and/or the next day I can really feel the muscles that I used. Even when I exercise on a regular basis and feel like I am in shape, if I haven't played tennis in a while and then go play, I am still sore the next day. Tennis uses all kinds of muscles that you don't really use when working on in a gym on a treadmill or lifting weights.
If you are looking for something active to do outside, without it feeling like strenuous exercise, give tennis a try! Playing tennis on a regular basis can help maintain or improve balance, mobility, agility, strength and fitness. It also helps burn calories.
Anybody else play tennis?
