Good Luck... If you need anything just shoot me a post on here... I'll be checking it! :)

How do you like the layout of the site? it is still really new and in the designing phase so if there is anything you think that is missing or could be better laid out... let me know

Thanks,
Ken

I do like the layout very much. This is a super easy site to get around on.

I forgot to ask this the other day, but I did want to double check. I'm assuming that with this workout there would be weightloss. I just wanted to make sure that this would be something incorperated since this is a main goal of mine. I didn't know if a 4th day needed to be added for that.

Thanks!

Edi

In the beginning, we are working on building up your intensity... you need to be at a high intensity to get into the fat-burning zone... once we get to that level if you feel like adding an extra day then we can... but first you want to make sure you can sustain the workout with a recovery day in between the workouts to get your body used to it.

Does this make sense to you?

Yeah, that makes sense. Also, is working out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday okay? I know the schedule says to have at least and only 1 day in between work outs. I'll be at the gym tonight to test out the workout :)

I'm going to make it to the gym Saturday and Sunday for this week. I've been sick and very tired so I haven't been able to work out. Tonight I'm selling some car tires and the gentleman is so wonderful as to have no idea when he'll be passing to get them...

Anyways, I'll make it all 3 days and then keep going. Hope next week is a little less crazy

Yeah. Last week was sort of a nightmare so I didn't get to the gym at all. I'm going to redo week 1 so I can make sure that I am consistant with the plan. Ugh.

So, I'm actually going to start this program again in December. I have to fly out to see my sick grandfather today, Im the maid of honer at a wedding in Oregon on Satruday and I fly to Cali next wednesday for thanksgiving.

I barely have time to breath, so i've decided to take a break.

Sorry, I'm frustrated, but if I fit one more thing in I go bananas.

See you in December.

I hope your grandfather gets better...

Remember dealing with stress is a crucial part of your jorney to health. It sounds like you have a lot going on right now. Just try and be active when you can. Use exercise as a stress relief. Get out for a jog if you can or take the stairs... anything to get out a little bit of that built up stress!

Good luck and God bless!

See you in Dec.
