So I finished Week 4.
I started on Week 5 but the first week I tried it, I didn't do so well. I missed a day and another one was just a bad workout.
So I did Week 5 again this week. Woohoo!
I've noticed that since I've been working out so much (I've also started swimming twice a week in addition to this program), I feel like I can eat anything cause I'll just "work it off later." That's not going so great. So I'm gonna try to stop that.
