So I know we're only supposed to have a one week grace period to log our progress. However I'm on week four now and I've just logged in. At least I'm here!

In two weeks we'll add the weights.

So I finished Week 4.

I started on Week 5 but the first week I tried it, I didn't do so well. I missed a day and another one was just a bad workout.
So I did Week 5 again this week. Woohoo!

I've noticed that since I've been working out so much (I've also started swimming twice a week in addition to this program), I feel like I can eat anything cause I'll just "work it off later." That's not going so great. So I'm gonna try to stop that.

Hmmm.... one other question:

I think I remember you saying when I first started this that I needed to take a day rest between each activity. But it would work out better to work Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. Is that OK?

Totally, the day of rest is in the beginning just to recognize how your body will respond to the workouts... now that you're in the groove feel free to adjust the cardio however you would like... If you wanted you could go all 5 days of cardio... The only thing now that you want a day of rest for is weight training... Speaking of which when you are going into week 6 that is when we need to start talking about your weight training... Are you ready to add the weight training into your routine? A balance of cardio and weight training will reap rewards far more than cardio alone!!!

So I've finished all the weeks for the intermediate challenge.

I took the week of Christmas off. I was planning on working out the next week but I had a friend visit me from out-of-town so I only ended up working out two days.

Now that I've complete the intermediate challenge do I just keep doing the interval training, plus the weights you had me start on?

Yes... but this time increase the duration of the high intensity portion of the interval by 30 seconds! :shock:
