OK so I in -- I have been doing a weight circuit for about a month and I have had no changes in weight .. great for my strength but I guess I need to mix things up now - so my one question would be is this designed to be an every other day kinda thing? If yes than is it OK to lift on off days?

It is an every other day typ of workout to give your body a chance to recover... You can do weights in one of two ways... either right after the workouts or on the off days... In between these workouts if you still wanted to get more cario do low or no impact cardio workouts... ie swimming or recumbant bike.

It wasn't supposed to be easy... it is hard work to build intensity... but once you get it... look out... that is when the weight starts melting off... Now do you see why I give you the day of recovery???

Hey, I am going to be in Program school until Tuesday... can you pass the word to the gang?

Thanks,
Ken

P.S. Good job and keep it going... Talk to you Tuesday!
