Good luck... the interval training is hard! This is definately a great fat burning workout. Are you still in the bet with Shane 2?

Hey Shane,

How did you like the interval workout today? Did you like it? Did you feel like you exerted more work while doing the interval than if you would have tried to stay at a steady pace to last the entire time?

It was hard on me, but I need it. When I run hard a get pain in my abs, so I sometimes struggle. But I am going to give it my all.

That's all we can ask for... remember... just think of it as higher intensity than the low intensity... to start out it doesn't have to be a sprint... it can be a jog or anything to get that sweat going!

I have been hitting the weight at least once a week. I am going to the Y at least four times a week. I am going to start swimming as well. I am at 28% body fat (thanks Ken for making we look at that) So I am going to try to drop that number as fast as I can. Please check back to see how it is going.

Swimming will be awesome... make sure you do it in intervals just like the other cardio... You want to swim with a purpose. Remember, it is better to swim at a hi-lo intensity for 15-20 minutes rather than swimming at a medium intensity for an hour!
