Hi everyone!

I'm so exicted to have joined Healthy Pals.

I'm from California and my passion is raw food. My journey with raw food started after i had many complications with my pregnancy. my weight and all the toxins from bad foods had gotten to my body. That marked a turning point in my life. I turned to a raw food diet after my pregnancy and never looked back. it was one of the best decisions I ever made! I was already a culinary chef, but after i discovered raw food i began to focus primarily on raw food.

Raw food is great but i also enjoy yoga and other fitness activities to complete my health naked nourishment lifestyle.

Wow, raw food huh? I'm not sure I could stick to a lifestyle that didn't allow any other types of food except raw food. Sometimes I just can't help but crave something hot!

Welcome to Healthy Pals.
I hope everything went well with your pregnancy. Did you have a boy or a girl?
So what do you eat now? Like for breakfast, lunch and dinner? I think for those of us interested in starting a raw diet, you could help us out a lot with the balancing of the nutrients we need in all food groups.

I agree! I am really interested to hear what you have to say about raw diets. I wouldn't know where to begin!

Raw as in unprocessed, or raw as in uncooked ?

Welcome to the forum Diana,

Raw as in knock the horns off and put it on my plate... or raw sushi... or raw plants. I know I could live without beef or chicken... I just don't think I would be happy... my body might be healthier if it didn't start an internal civil war!
