:lol: Graduate student who has recently put on about 30 lbs since beginning school a couple of years ago. I'm just looking for motivation and someone who is also trying to lose weight to be accountable to and share experience!

Thanks for the reply! I enjoy healthy food however I have been eating poorly in the last couple of years. My problem is snacking, usually when I'm stressed or not doing anything. I have been skimping out on workouts also. I know what I need to do, just need to do it!

Hello and welcome,

I had the same problem... school was tough on me too. Taking care of my body became less of a priority and I gained some weight too. One of the things that helped me stay regular on exercise was the knowledge that exercise helped me deal with stress and concentrate better. By changing my mindset, I changed my priorities and behavior.
