It's been a tad quiet on here of late (lots of folks have been getting married, starting new jobs etc.), but I'm on at least once a day as a rule - this weekend being the exception as I've been out walking (not quite sure how I managed to get myself talked into it, even now...).

Ah. Whilst I've never been to Cheltenham myself, I have at least one mate who lives there. As for KL, I've been through the airport there (huge, and so clean you could probably eat your dinner off the floor...) on the way to Oz. I know a few folks who have visited it and say it's a fantastic place, though very hot and viciously humid - like having a warm, wet towel slap you in the face as you step out of the air conditioned confines of the terminal! I'd imagine it's pretty draining if you're trying to exercise...
