curtis finally got me to sign up to the forums, so i figured i would introduce myself.
my name is justin, and im 25 years old and I just found my new life fitness.I'm 5'8 and my weight is 220 so you can say i'm really over weight but Im work on it I have been work out everyday for about two hours a day and I love it I wish i would found fitness 10 year ago but better late then never
i am putting it out there so you can all hold me accountable for it. my goal is to lose approximately 70lbs. i would like to get in to size 34 jeans and put on some muscle.
