I believe exercise is mental. Your body can push itself a whole lot farther than your mind thinks it can. You always die mentally before you die physically, but not many people realize that. People stop when their mind says, "I'm tired." If I would have stopped when my mind was telling me to, I would never have accomplished half of the things I have accomplished to this day.
Now, that I’m out of college and my collegiate basketball career has ended, I still like to play for fun, but I also enjoy all different types of exercise on a regular basis including: tennis, hiking, swimming, running, yoga, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and snowboarding. I also love to try new things!
I can’t wait to help build this forum and I am looking forward to hearing about your stories!
