There are lots that you can do!
First I would start with dumbbell curls. Hold a dumbbell in each hand down by your side. While alternating arms, curl the weight up to your chest. Continue alternating arms until you feel a burn. If you do this exercise until you feel a burn it will help you build muscle and tone up.

You can also do lateral raises. Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Start with your arms by your side, raise both arms together and out to the side like shown in this photo. Continue this movement for 10-15 reps.

One last exercise you can do is tricep extensions. Start with holding both dumbbells like shown in this photo and then extend both arms straight up in the air over your head. Also do this exercise until you feel the burn.
