One of the things I am constantly reminding my clients, is that routine is the enemy. Keep your workouts fresh and varied. You want to avoid doing the same things over and over. Search magazines, web sites, ask a "Y" staff or another member for new and fresh ideas.

I agree, don't do the same workout over and over. If you feel like your progress has reached a plateau, it's probably time to switch up your routine!

Hi All,
This is my weekly exercise routine. I workout days a week and take off on Sunday.
Monday chest and shoulders,
Tuesday bicep and triceps,
Wednesday deadlifts,
Thursday legs,
Friday back,
Saturday abs.

Take morning meal Everyday, Make sure your morning meal contains enough whole grains, proteins and body fat to spark your metabolic rate and provide you with energy and muscle sustaining substances....
