Fitness Goals: I will be 46 years old on April 1st. When I was younger I always worked out, mostly walked three miles a day and stationary bike, but as I have gotten older I find I have gotten more Lazy! Metabolism changed. My goal is to lose 20-25 lbs. I am 5'8" tall and should weigh 163 lbs, but I now weigh 187 to 190. I would like to do this just by exercising and eating right. I want to love to exercise again and feel good about myself. I feel great when I exercise; sometimes hard getting started.
Fitness Level: Beginner
Favorite Workout Routine: I love to walk outside. At the gym I like to do the epiliptical and some times the treadmill. I would like to start use weights to for strengthening, build muscle and toning.
