A great way to stay motivated when working out is to chart your progress. When you see how much you improve, you'll want to keep it up!
Seeing improvements can boost your exercise motivation... whether it is in improved time on a run, increased reps on an exercise, or greater frequency of workouts!
Some ideas on what to record are what exercises you do (keep track of reps/time), how you feel after wards, and what you eat.
When charting your progress, you can also include specific, realistic goals and deadlines for reaching them.
