Post subject: Put it on paper - Reasons to Workout!!!

Make a list of the top 10 reasons you want to exercise!
Make copies of this and post it in different areas of your house and work...
Put it on your refrigerator, corner of your bathroom mirror, by your TV, near your computer, by your office phone... places you look at often.
Have these written down as a friendly reminder of why you are working out!
Make these real reasons... I want to exercise to improve my health... I want to exercise so I can run around with the grandkids until they get tired... I want to exercise so I can fit into my favorite pair of pants!!!
Update the reasons when you have accomplished them or when they change.
