I like this plan very much. It's definitely one I should be able to do, however I might not progress as quickly as is suggested. I have a very bad back and will probably proceed as my back allows me.

Thank you for the help. Start day will be Monday. Right now it's Saturday, so I have a couple days to work up to this, haha.

Today I incorporated some running in my gym routine. It's slow going and only running on the spot for about 30 seconds at a time when in the past I would have walked in place for recovery. I'll do the same on Wed and Thurs, with a goal of not needing any breaks.

Good job incorporating running into your workout! 30 seconds is better than 0 seconds! Keep it up!

Boy your not kidding. The running for the short spurts like I did was exhausting. I had to take a break half way through the exercise.

Wednesday, I didn't make it to the gym. Boo Hoo, I didn't get to sleep until about 4:00 so I slept in before having to go to work.

Thursday, I made it to the gym, but totally forgot about my running plan until I was almost done. So I only did a bit of running at the end. Ooops. They say with age the memory goes?

Next week I plan to do the same. Once I find it comfortable to run on every second board, I'll bump it up to every recovery board. Ken mentioned that once a path is chosen I should continue on that path so as not to get run over. He's not kidding, so it is definitely my intent to work my way up to running more.
