After my niggling shoulder injury, a bout of flu and the recent horrendous weather here, I'm finally starting to get some half-decent exercise in again. I've also got some warmer gear so if the roads are in a reasonable state I can get out on my bike again.
Just thinking, it might be beneficial to share stuff like this- it doesn't have to be a great detailed list of sets and reps or how the person felt after each and every mile, but it might help to motivate - if nothing else, if we were to suddenly stop, then others might give us a nudge in the right direction... Just look at Joebert - that's been an inspiration for me to get off my lazy backside and get something done now the flu's gone and the shoulder is more or less okay again (once I get out of the habit of exercise, I admit to finding it hard to get back into it).
Just a thought, what do others think?
