It's good to eat foods with iodine in them. High iodine foods can help ensure proper thyroid gland functioning in your body.

You may need to intake more iodine in your diet if you are experiencing:

  • Goiter (enlargement of the thyroid gland)
  • Fatigue
  • Weakness
  • Depression
  • Weight gain

Yogurt, cow's milk, eggs, strawberries and mozzarella cheese are also good sources of iodine, besides the ones that Ziggy posted.
