If you already have healthy hair, take Vitamin B2 to keep your hair healthy.

If you want to get healthy hair, take Vitamin A as it promotes healthy hair.

I guess you don't need any Vitamin B2 or A for your hair, but you should take care of your head!

Daily shaving and exposure to the sun can leave your scalp dry and flaky. It's a good idea to use a good moisturizer on your head every morning. You should also protect your scalp because it is even more susceptible to damage from the sun than other parts of the body. Always use a good sunscreen on your scalp before prolonged sun exposure.

I started getting gray hairs when I was 23 or so. All of the hair that grows on my neck is white and the sides of my head have a lot of grays scattered around. On the bright side, I still have all of my hair and no receding hairline.

Sometimes I wonder if there is a way I could make the rest of my head turn gray faster. lol

Whilst my beard is going noticeably grey in patches, until recently I had no idea if my hair was going the same, though I suspected it probably was.

I went away a few days two or three weeks back and didn;'t shave my head- the hair got long enough to see that the grey was working it's way in up there too. Baldness and greyness run through both sides of my family, so i guess I'm screwed!

If my beard starts getting really grey before I get much older, then I'll either shave it off, or dye it green or purple some such (why green? Well, it'll cover the grey and will be obvious it's been dyed rather than being a Grecian 2000 cover up - hey, it worked for Billy Connolly!)

How long have you had your beard? My dad always has a beard and that's the only way I knew how he looked when I was growing up. Randomly one time he shaved it off and he looked like a completely different person... goofy looking too! The beard is back and has been ever since. His beard is practically all white now. But he would look funny even with that shaved.

I don't see it being reversible any time soon. I just want it to be one way or the other. :cap-smile:

Yeah but with a full head of gray hair I can trick college girls into thinking I'm a distinguished college professor while I'm still young enough to enjoy and not feel creepy about it.
