Hey Ken,

The first work out went well. You were right, 20 minutes of interval was way more effort than 60 minutes of regular activity. After that I went to the two core machines that you showed me and did 3 sets of 25 on each. Does this sound like a good starting place?

It sure does... Let's give that a go at least one day a week... swimming another day and Yoga the third... Anything you feel like doing after that will be bonus work!
