Heya, Ken! The great thing about this site is that EVERYONE feels like they've got an entourage!
Sorry for the delayed response. I'm gonna go with "baby bear" - I adjusted Lisa's class to make it JUST RIGHT for me. I dropped the body bar and went with hand-held weights when I really started to burn; took a breather for 3-4 lunges/squats/crunches and then started up again. It's amazing what a 10-15 second break can do to help out. That's all it takes and I'm back in the game.
This past Tuesday (Feb 3) I doubled up her class with Spin (keeping it strenuous, but not PUSHING it), and was a LITTLE bit sore the next day, but could walk EASILY. It was that "gooooooooooooood" kind of sore that I like to have after I know I've worked hard, but smart.
