Good luck Nancy!

If you would like to adjust the workout, either because it is too easy or too hard just let me know and we can modify the workout. Remember to post your progress at least week by week.

Thanks for joining,

Ken

Great job Nancy! How does your body feel after week one? Are you tired or sore? How did you feel after the last 40 minute cardio... I always feel exhausted after a hard workout!

I felt good after the workouts in week 1! I felt as if I could have pushed myself a little harder and worked out longer/more. But I didn't want to get too crazy about it and hurt myself in the first week!

Week 2, bad week...I wasn't feeling well at the beginning of the week, and by the end of the week I was playing catch up...and I didn't carve time out for myself. I did however cleaned the whole house, walked for 3.5 hours at the home and garden show (with a run/walk/run back up D St to my car) and ended the week with heavy yard work on Saturday. Not a routine workout, but I kept moving and tried to get my heart rate up while I was doing it!

Back on the wagon Monday!

Nancy

We all have bad weeks... the key is not to get down on yourself and not to string them back to back... I look forward to hearing from you about this week... I see good things in the near future... yes, I am a fortune teller too!!!
