I read somewhere that eating spicy foods has the same effect to make you feel more full. I also read that eating spicy foods releases endorphins much like when you exercise. When I'm looking for a snack, I lean towards chips and hot salsa. I drink a lot of water because of the hot salsa and find myself feeling full rather quickly after only eating a bit. Its the win-win snack in my book. Just don't eat too many chips!
