Here are some easy suggestions you could take to help loose at least one pound a week.

Diet Strategies
  • Replace morning bagel and cream cheese with an English muffin and cottage cheese.
  • Replace eggs and cheese with scrambled egg whites.
  • Replace large french fries with a yogurt and fruit parfait.
  • Have half of a sandwich instead of a whole one.
  • Switch from cream based soups to vegetable based soups at lunch and/or dinner.
  • Replace ranch or blue cheese with low fat vinaigrette.

Exercise Strategies
  • Go for a 20 minute trail run.
  • Do 35 minutes of power yoga.
  • Do 35 minutes of pilates.
  • Walk 1 mile in the morning and 1 mile in the evening.
  • Hit a punching bag for 30 minutes.
  • Jump rope for 20 minutes
  • Dance for 40 minutes
  • Run up stairs for 15 minutes.

To lose one pound in seven days you need to reduce your net calories by 500 every day.
The easiest way to do that is a 250 split: Cut half from your diet and burn the other half through exercise...
its the best way to do so...
Start replacing ur food stuffs with healthy foods...

There is often all kinds of information about how to lose weight - diet exercise and even medicine information. In fact it is often overwhelming because a person might not be able to figure out how they can actually lose the pounds. Thanks tammy for the wonderful tips. You are right and i think there is good plan that you posted here and really eating matters a lot and it is the only thing that puts you towards your goal.
