Hey sunnygirl i agree with you.Eggs are good for reducing weight.A person can easily reduce his weight if he eat eggs in the breakfast regularly.I like your post.Thanks for such a wonderful information.

Just because you're living a health lifestyle doesn't mean you can't have eggs. Well, you can't have the whole egg, but just the egg whites. But that's okay. You won't be able to tell the difference once they're cooked and at the same time you're avoiding eating the unhealthiest part of the egg.

The whole thing about yolks being bad for you has now been largely discredited. I love them- best part!

Well i have no such idea and i think it doesn't matter a lot and i eat eggs in breakfast because eggs are my favorite in breakfast and it is protein and little bit heavy but not much.
