The first step would be to make a plan. This plan should include that in how much time you are going to lose the desired quantity of the weight. Mention everything clearly from your eating habits, likes, dislikes, and sleeping duration. Make a point to mention the total calorie intake in your day. The final step would be to mention what all you are going to do to lose fats. Also, maintain this report on every day basis with the things that you have done accordingly and what things you have missed out.

Decide that which food items you are going to avoid from the diet and start following it from the same day. Don’t eat the food items that are rich in the fats and carbohydrates. Skipping the meal is not at all recommended. I want to suggest here is to eat the balanced diet.

Follow strict workout regime. Doing the exercise regularly will surely help you to lose the weight at the faster pace. I would suggest the fat people to take the advice of the trainer as it may be helpful for you in the weight loss process. Daily exercise will increase the metabolism rate. This way the stored fats and carbohydrates are utilized and the weight gain process is being culminated.

Include the foods rich in the vitamin C in the diet as it helps the fat loss process. It is recommended to increase the intake of the Vitamin C as it is fat soluble vitamin. The deposited fats are thrown out the body with the help of the Vitamin C. It is advised to the fat people to drink the lemon or orange juice twice in a day to lose those extra pounds which harms your health.

Eat more fiber to get thinner. Yes, if you start eating the fiber rich foods then within few weeks you will notice a subsequent fat loss. Fiber helps the adequate amount of the water to stay in your intestine that helps in the proper digestion of the foods and it doesn’t allow the fats and carbohydrates to get stored in the body. Along with the fat loss it also safeguards your health from the heart diseases and diabetes.

Fiber
Remember to increase the fiber content of your diet slowly if you have not been getting the 25 to 35 grams of fiber each day (for adults) that is recommended by the American Dietetic Association. Children - 10 grams plus the child's age. Add just a few grams of fiber at a time to allow the intestinal tract to adjust, otherwise, abdominal cramps, gas, bloating, and diarrhea or constipation may result.

Drink at least 2 liters - 8 cups - of fluid daily.

If you eat:
  • 2 to 4 servings of fruit
  • 3 to 5 servings of vegetables
  • 6 to 11 servings of cereal and grain foods
as recommended by the United States Department of Agriculture Food Pyramid (mypyramid.gov), you should have no trouble getting 25 to 35 grams of fiber a day.

important to avoid full-fat foods and junk food. And also a regular meal each day. Fruits is a must

Hi All,
I would like to share my experience with you guys. I have lost weight by following these tips.
Drink 9/10 glass of water daily. Water melon and grapefruits are best source of water and effective in loosing weight.
Take raw material i your meals. Increase fresh vegetable and fruits in your diet plan.
Skinless poultry and fat free dairy are effective in loosing weight.

Yap you are buddy these tips can help to many of the person's and can help to losing weight easily... I think that by eating the low carb diet and veggies one can lose weight much easier way and have the best one physique. Maintain the fitness and have the body of his own choice....

Plan your meals:
This sounds like hard work and it is at the beginning, but after some time you get accustomed so do not give up too soon. Make sure you eat enough of protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats. If you wish to loose weight eat less carbohydrates in the evening and during the day.

Drink:
Drink as many water as you can. Adult person should drink at least 2 liters a day when not exercising even more if you are exercising. If you do not drink enough water you could suffer headaches and you wont feel so good as you could.

Eat your breakfast:
Research have shown that people who eat breakfast regularly will loose weight faster then the ones that do not. If you eat your breakfast you will start your day with full of energy, you concentration and your efficiency will improve. Your metabolic system will work better.

Great tips. Also, high fiber diet is one of the more familiar diets to lose weight that still have a good following. This is possibly a more gentle and easy to follow pound shedding system than the more extreme diets such as Atkins. Many dietitians and nutritional consultants favor high fiber diets as they are generally considered to be a safe option that can have a positive effect on health.

The only way to reduce belly fat is to burn more calories than you consume. It's worth remembering though, that you cannot spot reduce i.e. - you cannot simply target the fat around your middle by doing sit ups for example. Fat will be lost from all over your body, not just one spot. Exercises for your midsection will however tighten your abdominal muscles, thus improving your posture by helping to pull in your belly and help keep it flatter and likewise improving your appearance.

Yes, this itself is the problem. Who wants to read three long paragraph full of info and facts. The mere sight of all these complicated stuff only makes losing weight a more burdening process.

Consider it like this: "it's simple; do some workouts (cardio), burn off that fat; eat less calories." DO NOT MAKE IT COMPLICATED THAN IT ALREADY IS!

Hi All,
Some more tips to lose weight effectively.
Break meal in 5 small meals including snacks,
Drink at least 12 glass of water daily,
Prefer raw food over processed food,
Avoid beverages, soda and diet soda,
Drink green tea twice in a day,
Eat slowly and chew food well,
Avoid alcohol and fast food,
Do start some exercise, sport or any physical activity.
