This is well said and I agree 100%. I think a lot of times women are afraid of getting big and bulky and then they stay away from weights. If women lift light weights until they feel a burn, they won't get huge, they'll tone up. Not only will gaining some muscle help them burn more calories, but it will also help with their bone density and potentially prevent osteoporosis.
