Well it is clear that over weight has been very common, in these days due to the fact that most people have been shifted from traditional foods to fast foods that is why they have fat on their own bodies. Their body need, to eat vegetables and fruits which have very low fats in them.Drink water 5 to 6 glass every day.
The best food for loosing weight is to rely more on vegetarian diet and not just 6 but you need to take 11 glass of water each day. Do include the green tea, but cut on carbohydrates as they are prime cause of obesity. You can start your day with a spoonful of honey in luke warm water and then kick off for jogging and then light breakfast with fruit salad. take a chapati in the mid day meal and have a bowl of sprouts in the evening. Light dinner to end the day would be good.
