Yes, I still eat eight times a day. And I workout two times a day as well. Do not think that I am overdoing my workout routines.

It's all about a obsession, which I changed. Before my high-school life ended, I was the laughing stock of my school. I was so obsessed with junk food that I almost destroyed my life over it.

After lots of workouts, I found out that these junk foods must be taken off from my menu. So, I diverted myself by filling my stomach with the most healthy vegetable salads I could find.

I found myself changed, both physically and mentally. Now, the only problem is that my friends almost puke when they see me eating these vegetables (as if they were looking at some billy goat or something like that!).

It was simple. If I had lived any longer under the spell of these junk food stuff, I would have developed high blood pressure and heart diseases for sure. Even a doctor said so!

I had to divert my lifestyle to a more green one. It was relatively easy to stuff your stomach with veggies than junk.

The use of the exercise and weight lifting are good to lose the weight. but if some one is really interested to lose the weight in a rapid way then he must use supplements.

Hi dear,
Here are some tips for the weight loss.

Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil
