These weight loss tips are designed not to make you lose weight faster, but make the transition from your former lethargic lifestyle to a more active one easier and less stressful.

Watch what you eat and exercise. This is the simplest thing to do especially when you are starting on your road to fitness.

Change your lifestyle. You can do this slowly by starting with the small stuff. If you don't really like to exercise, start by walking to and from a corner store. Or, start by taking the stairs instead of the elevator when going to work. Start small and work your way up by increasing the intensity of these simple exercises.

Change your eating habits. Again, this should be done slowly; you can start by cutting back on your portions. This way, you still get to eat what you want but you are exercising some degree of control at the same time.

Find a support group. Losing weight is a struggle a lot of people are going through, and one should not go through this alone. It is better to find a support group to help you through the challenges you will meet - if you cannot find a support group in your local area, then find one online. There are a lot of support groups and forums dedicated simply to those who want to lose weight.

When I made up in my mind to lose weight, I started cutting back on my food portions. I would find myself still hungry but the hungrier feelings go away once you start focusing on other things. It’s getting to the point I have to also change what I'm eating because I'm not seeing a big difference in me losing weight. I started out walking for 30mins three days a week. Now I'm walking 60mins three days a week, I added 10mins of walk time month each. :love:

Hey i would like you to suggest this 2 things..
this really works..

Do Not Skip Breakfast: More than 80% of obese people believe that skipping breakfast will help them lose weight. In fact this is what does not let them lose weight. A high fiber breakfast is very important for your body no matter what your weight is. It kick starts your metabolism for the whole day. If you skip your breakfast, you are actually slowing down your metabolism. Slow metabolism triggers obesity therefore you must not skip your breakfast. Eat 3-5 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism in perfect order.

Drink Water: Do not substitute your plain water intake by soda or carbonated drinks. Plain water is highly beneficial for detoxifying your internal organs. It keeps your digestion in perfect order. Lack of water in your body gives rise to several health issues and obesity is one of them. Drink 10-12 glasses of water every day to remain toxin free.

The best way to loss weight is
Drink water 10~12 glass on daily basis,
Eat the fresh veggies and fruit's,
Avoid from the fast foods,
Use of a fat burner like the green tea is made essential,
Do exercise's like Cardio, and swimming is the best one,
Live happy and take you miles away from obesity and hypertension,

In my opinion,drink water and walk are the best ways to reduce weight.if a person drink water more than 12 times in a day and do walk regularly then he don't need to do other things for reducing weight.

Loosing weight is a perfect job and it is not easy and needs some
special efforts to loose weight. Following are the weight loss tips
Early morning drinking water
Early morning walk
Take exercise for at least 30 minutes (Running, Stretching)
Eat balance diet and avoid eating heavy foods like junk food, fast food
Use more fruits in diet
Drink fresh juices
Sleep in time.
Don't sit idle
Drinking water in excess,
