All the fruits are good to lose the weight but the use the banana and banana juice is good to lose the weight and also avoid the number of the digestive system issues.

Fruits are best diet food and have vitamins which are good for health and body. Fruits are helpful in losing weight. I suggest everyone to eat fruits daily.

Fruits are very good weight loss diet, especially citric fruits play very important role in fat burning.
The more effective fruits for the weight loss are the following.
Orange,
Grapefruit,
Apple,
Pineapple,
Melon,
and lemon.

Hey guys all the citric fruits like orange,Lemon and grape fruits,Apple and strawberry and these fruits are very beneficial for the reducing the weight so ate them as mush as you can.
