15 minutes shadow boxing
3×5 minutes bag work
3 laps shrimping
2 minutes upa
Table top drill 10/side
Mount escapes 5 minutes
Side mount escapes 5 minutes
Guard passing 5 minutes
Roll until exhaustion

My Daily Workout Routine is:
Monday:Chest,Abs exercises and Treadmill
Tuesday:Biceps,Abs Exercises and Treadmill
Wednesday:Triceps,Abs Exercises and Treadmill
Thursday:Shoulders,Abs Exercises and Treadmill
Friday:Wings,Back and Abs Exercises
Sat:Abs Exercises and Treadmill
Sun:Holiday

My todays workout:

simple as 1-2-3

20 minutes, max rounds
1 x chin-up
2 x push-up
3 x squat
